Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was lovely, overlooking the pool and pristine clean. It was one of the best hotel rooms I've experienced, with all the amenities you would expect from a five-star property, including fragrant Clarins toiletries and incredibly cozy beds. The service around the two amazing pools, indoor and outdoor, was fantastic from the early arrival to the helpful and kind staff. However, some employees seemed to have an attitude issue, which was the only downside during my stay. The location was perfect for my needs, being near my meetings, but the narrow space made it a bit challenging to navigate past seated guests. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the buffet offering a wide variety of delicious items. Overall, a top-notch experience with some minor room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were wonderfully clean but small and in that typical 'we-are-so-hip' design approach full of flaws when it comes to practical needs. The price at €680 a night is quite steep, but the overall experience was very nice despite not being fully ready.
The hotel is located right opposite Roland Garros for tennis fans, with easy access to the Metro system and buses. The rooms are nicely decorated but on the smaller side, although the executive rooms boast massive terraces. The staff's service around the pool and in the main restaurant can be slow, and the attire is more casual than expected. The location is convenient for sports enthusiasts and offers a charming Clarins Spa. Dining can be chaotic, and an extension of the operating hours could enhance the experience.
I had a great stay at this hotel with my family of 4. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with the bonus of being able to cast our programs onto the TV and enjoying fast WiFi. The separate areas for men and women added a nice touch to our stay.
